We love watching TV and Movies filmed in Morocco!

Most recently, we have been watching the final series of Homeland, showing in Australia on SBS. Season 8 was filmed in the south of Morocco around Ouarzazate, even though the setting of the show is Afghanistan. Homeland filmed in Morocco previously in season 6 in and around the capital, Rabat.

We are also anxiously awaiting our next date night for the opportunity to see Miss Fisher and the Crypt of Tears, also partly filmed in Morocco. (We were all set to go last date night and the Gold Class cinema was flooded!!) We are long time fans of Kerry Greenwood's character, Miss Phryne Fisher, so we can't wait to see her on the big screen in Morocco.

There are so many other films and TV series shot in Morocco. The "Hollywood of Morocco" is Ouarzazate, where movie studios can be visited. A must-see for movie buffs on their Moroccan adventure!
